1. Futures and Options Risk Disclosure
Trading futures, foreign exchange (forex), options, and other derivative products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The valuation of futures, forex, and options may fluctuate, and as a result, clients may lose more than their original investment. In no event should the content of this website be construed as an express or implied promise or guarantee from SniperFlow.ai or PTR-Tracker that you will profit or that losses can or will be limited in any manner whatsoever.
Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing one's financial security or lifestyle. Only risk capital should be used for trading, and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
2. CFTC Hypothetical Performance Disclosure
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.
Any performance figures, equity curves, trading-day statistics, or trader profile metrics displayed in PTR-Tracker, SniperFlow.ai materials, marketing collateral, demos, or social media may include simulated, hypothetical, or back-tested results. These results have inherent limitations as described above and do not represent guaranteed outcomes.
3. NFA Compliance Notice
SniperFlow.ai and PTR-Tracker are technology providers. We are not a brokerage, an introducing broker, a futures commission merchant (FCM), a commodity trading advisor (CTA), a commodity pool operator (CPO), or a registered investment adviser. We do not provide trade execution, custody client funds, or offer personalized trading advice. All trade routing, clearing, and account custody occurs through the customer's chosen, separately-licensed brokerage and clearing partners.
Nothing on this website or in PTR-Tracker constitutes a solicitation to buy or sell any futures contract, option, forex pair, or other financial instrument. Information presented is for general informational and software-functionality purposes only.
4. Past Performance Disclaimer
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any historical P&L data, payout milestones, equity curves, or trader statistics shown in PTR-Tracker reflect a specific trader's individual results during a specific period under specific market conditions. They are not representative of typical results, and there is no guarantee or assurance that any future user of PTR-Tracker will achieve similar results.
5. Prop Firm Account Disclosure
PTR-Tracker is designed to interface with proprietary trading firm ("prop firm") evaluation and funded accounts as well as personal brokerage accounts. Each prop firm operates under its own rules, account structures, payout terms, and risk parameters, which are set and enforced by the prop firm — not by SniperFlow.ai. Use of PTR-Tracker does not modify, override, supersede, or guarantee compliance with any prop firm's rules. The trader remains solely responsible for understanding and complying with all rules applicable to their account.
Auto-flatten, lockout, and risk-management features within PTR-Tracker are configurable, defensive tools intended to help the trader stay within their own self-imposed risk limits. They are not a substitute for prudent risk management and do not guarantee that any prop firm's rules will or will not be violated.
6. Third-Party Platforms and Data
PTR-Tracker connects to third-party trading platforms and market-data providers including, but not limited to, NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Rithmic, Kinetick, and others. SniperFlow.ai is an independent third-party connection and integration with these platforms, not a brokerage, not an FCM, and not a market-data operator. Each platform's terms of service, risk disclosures, market-data agreements, and account rules apply to the trader's use of that platform.
Market data displayed in PTR-Tracker is provided by upstream operators such as Rithmic, OMNE, Kinetick, and Tradovate. Latency, accuracy, and availability of such data are governed by those providers and may be subject to delays, errors, or outages outside of SniperFlow.ai's control.
7. Software Disclaimer
PTR-Tracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. SniperFlow.ai disclaims all express and implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Software bugs, connection failures, market-data outages, or any other software or system event may impact PTR-Tracker's behavior in ways that could affect the trader's account. The trader is solely responsible for monitoring their open positions, working orders, and account balances at their broker of record at all times.
